1 · Service Provider

This service (including astc.cc and related sub-sites) is operated by instructor "Atom" as an individual sole proprietor, providing online investment education courses and tools.

2 · Account Registration

• Provide a valid email address and password (or sign in via Google)
• Keep your account credentials safe — do not share with others
• We are not liable for losses from account compromise due to your negligence
• Only one account per email address
• Children under 13 are not permitted to register

3 · Course Purchase & Payment

• Payments processed via Stripe / Kajabi (third-party platforms), supporting major credit cards
• Course prices in USD, converted at purchase-time exchange rate
• Course access granted immediately after purchase
• Unless stated otherwise, courses provide lifetime access (during platform operation period)
• We reserve the right to adjust pricing, bundling, and availability — without affecting your already-purchased rights

4 · Refund Policy

A · Digital Content · No 7-Day Cooling-Off Period

The Atom Stock Training Camp, Financial IQ Course, and Stock Screener subscription are all digital content and online services, activated and delivered immediately upon purchase. Under Taiwan's Consumer Protection Act (statutory exceptions to the distance-sales withdrawal right), they are not subject to the 7-day cooling-off (no-questions withdrawal) period. Please evaluate carefully before purchasing.

The Stock Screener is a subscription. You may cancel anytime in the student center; after cancellation you keep access until the end of the current period and are not charged for the next. Fees already paid for the current period are non-refundable.

B · Check Before You Buy

To buy with confidence, before checkout you can:

• Preview the first 7 levels of the Financial IQ Course for free to get a feel for the teaching style and content
• Read each product's course introduction and content overview
• Email atom@astc.cc with any questions before you decide

C · Exceptions

Email us for case-by-case handling in these situations:

• Duplicate charges or system errors causing a mischarge
• Our technical fault rendering the service completely unusable and unfixable within a reasonable time
• Refunds required by law

To request: email atom@astc.cc with the subject "ASTC Refund Request", and attach your purchase email / order ID (we can look it up if you don't have it). We'll respond as soon as possible.

5 · Course Content & Intellectual Property

Upon purchase, you receive:

• Non-exclusive usage license (other students can also purchase the same course)
• Personal learning use viewing rights
• Unlimited replays (during platform operation period)

You may not:

• Copy, download, or record course videos or text content
• Share course links / accounts with others
• Resell, sublicense course content to third parties
• Use for commercial purposes (including: creating paid courses using ASTC content, marketing materials)
• Mass screenshot and republish content

6 · Investment Disclaimer (Important)

• All ASTC course content, screener, market commentary, videos, articles do not constitute investment advice, recommendations, or guarantees
• Past performance does not indicate future results (industry-standard disclaimer)
• Market movements, individual stock prices, macroeconomics cannot be predicted; any guaranteed-profit claim is fraud
• You bear all profit and loss; ASTC and instructor "Atom" assume no legal or financial liability for any investment outcome
• Before actual investing, consult a qualified financial advisor, accountant, or attorney
• This service does not proactively recommend specific stocks, timing, or position sizes — those are your decisions

If you do not accept these terms, please do not purchase any ASTC course or service.

7 · User Conduct

While using ASTC, you may not:

• Provide false personal information during registration
• Access backend, other users' accounts, or databases without authorization
• Use bots, crawlers, or automation to mass-scrape content
• Send spam, harass other students, or incite hate
• Post advertising, fraud, pornographic, or violent content in community sections
• Engage in any activity that violates Taiwan or your local laws
• Attempt to crack or bypass payment mechanisms (DRM reverse engineering, etc.)

8 · Account Termination

We may terminate your account without refund in these cases:

• Violation of Section 5 (Intellectual Property)
• Violation of Section 7 (User Conduct)
• Payment fraud, credit card chargeback abuse
• Sharing accounts with multiple people
• Persistent harassment of other students or staff
• Long-term inactivity (no login for 5 consecutive years)

You may also delete your account at any time (30-day grace period, then permanent deletion).

9 · Official Channels & Anti-Impersonation (Important)

All official ASTC channels are listed in this section: public, fixed, and verifiable at any time. Any account, group, or offer using the name "Atom" or "ASTC" that is not on this list has nothing to do with us. One minute of verification before purchase fully protects you from impersonators.

These are our only official channels

Only one way to pay

Checkout on astc.cc, paid by credit card via Stripe (Visa / Mastercard / JCB / Amex). We never accept any other form of payment, including:

• ATM transfer or wire to any personal bank account
• Cryptocurrency (USDT, Bitcoin, or any coin)
• Gift cards, game credits, or prepaid vouchers
• Private mobile-payment transfers (any Line Pay, JKOPay, etc. outside official checkout)
• Cash meetups

Things we will never do

• We will never contact you on LINE, Telegram, or WeChat, nor invite you to any investment group. We have no messaging-app accounts; any "Atom" on a messaging app is an impersonator
• We will never DM stock picks, hot tips, or insider information (not even to enrolled students)
• We will never say "guaranteed profit", "sure win", or "double your money"; anyone who does is not us
• We will never ask you to pay through anything other than the official website

If you encounter a suspicious account

Take screenshots and email atom@astc.cc; once confirmed, we will post a public alert to protect others. If you have suffered financial loss, keep the evidence and report it to the police.

Impersonators may reappear under new names, but verifying us stays simple: this section's list is all you need.

10 · Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated periodically. For material changes:

• Subscribed users receive notification email
• Update banner on website homepage
• 14-day grace period before new terms take effect

Continued use of the service = acceptance of updated terms. If you disagree, you may stop using and request a refund (per Section 4).

11 · Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan).

For disputes:

• Resolve via good-faith negotiation first (email atom@astc.cc)
• If unresolved → Taipei District Court, Taiwan as the court of first instance
